- This beautiful rug bears an inscription at the top that indicates that it was woven as a presentation piece for a high ranking dignatary, and is signed "by the Baktyari". The field design is composed of birds and floral forms on an ivory ground. The arabesque borders complete this elegant composition. All natural dyes, a rare and beautiful thing. Single wefted, symmetric knot H 12, V 19. SOLD
